May 21st for U9-U12
May 29th for U13-U19
To begin registration you will need the following:
Player Assignment code (provided by Team Manager or Head Coach)
Birth Certificate (if your player is new to UYSA club soccer)
Current photo (passport type photo - face only) of the player
Bank information for electronic check or credit card
